No matter how big or small the issue may be, our team are here to check and resolve all billing issues. This service ranges from a simple free bill review to monthly / quarterly bill validations.
The information we check includes;
- Unit rates and charges against your agreed contract
- Estimated meter readings
- Third party charges such as FiT
- Government taxes (CCL & VAT)
We will ensure that you only pay for the energy that you use, and pay the correct rates for this.
During any bill validation, should we find a discrepancy or cause for concern, we will highlight this to you and then work alongside the supplier(s) to rectify the issues, saving you time, money and effort.
